More on pattern testing.

13 Nov

I just want to say that I think pattern testers and tech editors are amazing! I am constantly surprised at how many errors I manage to miss despite proof reading my patterns multiple times before sending them out to my testers :/ . I truly don’t think it would be possible for me to produce a decent pattern without the help of these wonderful people.

All of my patterns have been tested and all of my most recent patterns have been tech edited. I am slowly working my way through my earlier patterns having them re-tested and tech edited. Acacia Cloche/Beanie has already been done

This was my second pattern ever and has now been bought into line with the rest of my patterns. I have learned so much in the process of pattern writing over the last 18 months.

Next on my list to re vamp is Waffle On! Newsboy Beret  ….the great thing about Ravelry is that all of my earlier buyers get a new pattern as well 🙂

This post has been bought about by some stupid mistakes I have made in the latest pattern I have up for testing!

Those are lovely hats, I especially love the last one, but unfortunately it’ make my already big head, even bigger. However it would be perfect for my daughter. I’m thinking either crocheted or embroidered flowers would be a nice ‘extra’ touch for her, since although she’s a ‘tomboy’, when it comes to hats, she loves them to be very feminine.
